The 41 teams had 40 questions to answer that were spread across the capital. To prove they didn’t just Google the answers, the teams also had to take their photo at each location.
The questions saw the teams visiting places such as Abbey Road, Covent Garden, Knightsbridge and Greenwich.
To make getting into and out of the city as easy as possible, c2c provided a dedicated service from Stanford-le-Hope and Grays stations and also provided connecting travel for free to meet this service.
It was a close competition, but it was Stifford Sea Scouts B who came out on top of the Scout and Guide teams while Zenith Explorers B was the winning team from the Explorers and Senior Section.
A huge thank you has to go to c2c whose support each year ensures everyone gets to and from London with ease. Thanks also go to all of the adult volunteers who organised the event and walked with the teams.
